October update: New clients, and exciting Autumn activity

Wow, what a month it’s been at Collaborate. As we settle into autumn after a busy summer, our team continues to grow, and so does our community.

Welcoming Element Communications

We’re thrilled to welcome Element Communications, a leading PR agency in the tech sector, who have moved into their new office on the sixth floor of Export house. The move went smoothly, and it’s been great to see their workspace come to life. It’s always rewarding to see new clients settle in and make a space their own.

Fresh Updates at Stewards House

Elsewhere, there has been fresh decor update in Stewards House, and we’ve welcomed several new coworkers into the building — it’s fantastic to see new faces and energy joining the mix.

Expanding Export house

Another major highlight this month is the news that we’ll soon be launching a new floor at Export House. This exciting addition marks another step forward in our mission to provide flexible, inspiring workspaces that we tailor around our clients needs. The planning and preparation is already underway, and we can’t wait to see the space come to life.

Nearing Launch in Guildford

In Guildford, we’re preparing to open our newest workspace at Jeffries Passage, right on the cobbled high street. We’re looking forward to planning a layout that will support flexible, practical workspaces for future clients. It’s an exciting step for Collaborate, and we can’t wait to see how the space will come to life once it’s ready to welcome its first teams.
