Collaborate is a great place to host your meeting in central Woking. We’re situated on Commerical Way, just by the shops and restaurants, and just 5 minutes walk from Woking station.
We offer our meeting rooms for hire on a flexible basis, with bookings available from 2 – 8 hours. You can also book a room for more than one day.
We have several rooms to choose from, each room has a large table, 6-10 chairs, a large smart TV, fast broadband and a white board.
Focus on your meeting and let us deal with everything else. The Collaborate team will be on hand to assist you with anything you might need during the meeting.
For each meeting, we supply all attendees with complimentary tea, coffee, water and biscuits.
On the meeting day, our staff will greet you, help with any room set up and direct you to the self-service refreshments.
Collaborate can also accommodate meetings for larger groups, from 8 – 24 people.
These large rooms are great for team meetings, workshops and training sessions, the spaces are very flexible in terms of furniture and layout.
We can also adjoin two rooms to fit up to 20-24 people.
The boardrooms at Collaborate feature AV systems perfect for presenting and video calling as well as a flipchart to make notes on.
We also provide complimentary tea and coffee, and can organise catered food should you require this, please just ask.
Meeting Rooms for hire are spaces within an office building that can be rented to conduct meetings, presentations, or conferences.
These rooms come with seating and table space, AV equipment such as screens and speakers and flipcharts or whiteboards for presenting.
Many meeting room spaces also provide additional services such as catering or admin support.
Meeting rooms will always include chairs and tables, whether this is a 6 person meeting room around one table or an 18 person meeting room spread across multiple boardroom tables.
AV equipment should also be supplied. This includes screens or projectors with HDMI capabilities and audio equipment.
Some meeting rooms may also supply extra amenities such as flipcharts, whiteboards, or food and refreshments.
Woking is an ideal location for meeting rooms. Not only is it close to multiple shops and restaurants, its mainline train to London and other surrounding areas means it is perfect for bringing in guests from many different places.
