Cremarc Case Study

Cremarc is a successful and rapidly growing B2B Marketing Agency based in Woking, Surrey. With over 25 people and continually growing, they were looking for a managed office facility they could make their own and provide a fantastic collaborative environment for their team.
“In the past we had used managed serviced offices from one of the big brand global providers. Although this served a purpose, it was a sterile office space, and the lack of flexibility was a constant source of frustration,” commented Gary Coville, CEO of Cremarc. “We wanted to find a local facility that was more connected to our business and who would help us create a real home for the agency.”
Cremarc reached out to Collaborate at the time when they were refurbishing a new floor in Export House and were excited about what they could offer and the potential to create a perfect working environment.
Collaborate worked closely with Cremarc to plan a space that would work for them and provide them with the growth capacity they needed. Rather than prescribe the facility that would be provided, Collaborate listened to what Cremarc was looking to achieve from a new office and assisted them in creating what has turned out to be a unique and fantastic space. As a marketing agency, Cremarc wanted to put their own stamp on their space and together we have really achieved that. A collaboration area was created by cladding one of the walls with reclaimed wood which is the perfect setting for the TV and dart board (every marketing agency has to have one). For the workspace, Collaborate provided a blank canvas and worked with Cremarc to create a unique vinyl graphic to cover the wall, truly making the space theirs. The same graphic was then taken into two separate meeting rooms dedicated to Cremarc enabling them to have a distinct backdrop when on client calls. “We are really proud of how this space turned out for Cremarc” said Allan Grimshaw, Director at Collaborate, “from the very first meeting we knew that Cremarc was looking for something different and special, we listened, worked with the team and created a space that everyone loves.”
